We are looking to add experienced carpenters — including a lead carpenters / working foreman — to our team.
We are a family-owned luxury custom home builder with a long-standing reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way. Our projects are unique, challenging, and detail-driven. We self-perform a significant amount of our work and take pride in the “last 5%” that separates average from exceptional.

This is not production framing.
This is not punch-list babysitting.
We’re looking for professionals who truly know their craft.

• Ability to work independently and think ahead
• Pride in quality and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and professionalism
• Ability to lead others (for foreman position)
• Good communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members
• Someone who wants a long-term home — not just another job
