The neighborhood is located off of the Mechanicsburg/Bowmans Dale Exit of Route 15. Built by Farinelli Construction, these homes are fully customizable.

Homes in this neighborhood will be around 3,000 SF and have a variety of floor plan options.

We have a few options we can work off of but can also start new if you have a specific design in mind.

We currently have a Model Home with Open Houses most
Sundays, 1-3pm.
