Farinelli Construction Inc., a growing custom home builder, is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of home building experience and possess strong organizational, technical building, and people skills. We are looking for someone passionate about custom home building, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively while fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in homebuilding.
Strong organizational, project management, and people skills.
Proficiency in builder-related software (such as project management and scheduling tools).
Solid understanding of technical building processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and teams.

This person would be responsible half the week for running between job sites (company vehicle during work hours) and the other half of the week on property maintenance. This could include weeding, clean up, and a variety of things.
